    This Privacy Policy describes how Moon Agency ("we", "us", "our") handles data when you use our internal Meta (Facebook) integration application. This application is used solely by Moon Agency to access and analyze advertising data from Meta Ads accounts owned or managed by Moon Agency.

    2. Information We Access

    Through the Meta Marketing API, the application accesses:

    We do not access personal data of end users who view or interact with ads. We do not collect contact details, messages, or profile information from Meta users.

    3. How We Use the Information

    Data retrieved from Meta is used exclusively for internal reporting, campaign optimization, and attribution analysis within the Moon Agency admin dashboard. Data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose outside of advertising management for Moon Agency clients.

    4. Data Storage and Security

    Data is stored in a secure Supabase database protected by row-level security policies. Access is restricted to authenticated administrators of Moon Agency. All API tokens are stored as encrypted secrets.

    5. Data Retention and Deletion

    Advertising data is retained for as long as needed for reporting purposes. To request deletion of any data associated with your Meta account, contact us at the email below and we will remove the relevant records within 30 days.

    6. Third-Party Services

    The application uses Meta's Graph API and Supabase for backend infrastructure. No other third parties receive data from this application.
